Spa Consent:

I. Nature of Treatment:

By engaging in our massage services, you acknowledge that the massage is intended for therapeutic purposes only and does not replace medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment.

II. Confidentiality:

All information disclosed during the massage session will be kept strictly confidential, except as required by law.

III. Health Information:

You are required to provide accurate information regarding your health history, including any medical conditions or concerns that may impact the massage treatment.

IV. Communication:

You agree to communicate openly with the therapist regarding your comfort level, any pain or discomfort experienced, and if any adjustments to the treatment are necessary.

V. Informed Consent:

Your consent to the massage treatment indicates your understanding that the therapist will use appropriate techniques but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

VI. Boundaries:

Any inappropriate behavior or advances will result in the immediate termination of the session, and you will be responsible for full payment.

VII. Payment and Cancellation:

Payment is due at the time of service. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

VIII. Medical Consultation:

If you are uncertain whether massage is suitable for your condition, you agree to consult with a healthcare professional before receiving treatment.

Cancelation and Refund Policy 

Reservation Policy:

I. Cancellation Policy:

  • You are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Failure to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance or failure to attend your appointment will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the scheduled appointment fee.
  • This fee will be processed using the credit card retained on file to reserve the appointment.

II. Service Received:

  • Once you have received a treatment, C&C will not issue any refunds under any circumstances.
  • Any dissatisfaction with the service provided should be communicated promptly to the management for resolution.
  • If there are extenuating circumstances that prevent you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss possible alternatives.

III. Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of C&C management.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within a reasonable timeframe after the appointment, detailing the reasons for the request.
  • C&C reserves the right to assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis.
